Tenants Rental Guide

Quicklet, Letting Agency in Belfast, Lisburn, Lurgan & Edinburgh

Step 1

Narrow down your search

Our search bar will help you refine the results in accordance with your monthly rental budget, amount of bedrooms and the property location.

Make sure to check the description if there is anything prohibited by the landlord.

Step 2

View the video walkthrough of the property

The majority of our properties will have a video walk through with the link stated in the description. This will give you a better idea of the layout of the property and dimensions of the rooms.

Step 3

Fill out a tenancy screening form

This form will help determine if you are eligible to be referenced for the property.

Step 4

An agent will be in touch to arrange a viewing of the property.

This will be an opportunity for you to physically view the property before proceeding with your application.

It is important to make the agent aware of any additional request from viewing the property so that your application can be considered along with the specific requirements.
