Stuart graduated from John Moores University, Liverpool in 2011 with a degree in Real Estate Management.
Since graduating Stuart has built on his knowledge and experience working as a sales and letting agent in Enniskillen before moving to Belfast to join the team in 2015.
Stuart then moved to Lisburn in 2016 to undertake the Branch Manager role in the Lisburn office, before returning to Belfast to fill the Branch Manager role. He has now progressed to Senior Manager within the company and deals with a multitude of matters relating to the day to day running of the company.
Stuart has also successfully passed the NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level to add to his extensive knowledge of the industry.
Michael graduated from Queen's University Belfast with a degree in Geography. Although not a property degree, his interest in the property market stemmed from various dissertations and projects throughout university.
Michael joined Quicklet in May 2015 in the Belfast office as the Letting Agent. This role involved a busy diary of viewings, registrations and processing applications. Michael has since moved to the Lurgan office as the Branch Manager dealing with the day to day running of the branch and management of our extensive portfolio of managed properties in Lurgan.
Michael has also successfully passed the NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level to add to his extensive knowledge of the industry.
Dee graduated from Queens University Belfast in Summer 2015 with a degree in Biomedical Science and furthered her studies with a Masters in Human Resource Management 2017,however she has always possessed a passion for property.
Dee joined quicklet in February 2016 in the Belfast office as a managing agent and was responsible for maintaining the portfolio of properties. She then moved to Lisburn and was promoted to Manager where she was responsible for the office accounts and the day to day running of the branch. Dee has recently been put in charge of Business Development to help promote quicklet and acquire new business.
Dee has also successfully passed the NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award to add to her extensive knowledge of the industry.
Sarah graduated from Queen's University Belfast in summer 2016 with a degree in Physics with Astrophysics.
She joined Quicklet in March 2017 as a graduate trainee in our Belfast office and quickly worked her way up to Assistant Manager. In 2019 Sarah was promoted to the Belfast Manager and is responsible for maintaining a large portfolio of properties which feature complex HMO lets. She handles all office accounts and the general day to day running of the branch.
Sarah has successfully passed her NFoPP Residential Lettings and Property Management level 3 awards and is proficient in all property management matters.
Emma graduated from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh in 2011 with an honours degree in Real Estate Management.
Emma joined quicklet in April 2018 as letting agent and quickly gained experience in all areas of property management making her a great asset to the team.
Emma has now been promoted to Branch Manager and is responsible for handling all client accounts and managing the day to day tasks of the office.
Emma has an all-round, impressive amount of knowledge of property management and has also successfully completed her NFoPP awards in Residential letting and Property Management.
Leah started with Quicklet in 2018 after graduating from Ulster University with a degree in Housing Management. Already armed with knowledge of the industry, Leah joined as a letting agent and is responsible for referencing applications, registering new properties and dealing with property enquiries for our biggest branch. Leah has since been promoted to Assistant Manager to ensure the busy workload is managed efficiently.
Leah has successfully completed the NFoPP Residential Lettings and Property Management Level 3 award and is taking seniority in her stride.
Aimee graduated from Queen's University, Belfast with a degree in English. Although not a property degree, she has always had an interest in this area.
Aimee was employed by quicklet in September 2019 as a graduate trainee in our Belfast office. Since then, Aimee has gained invaluable experience in many areas of property management. Currently Aimee is responsible for processing applications and also the maintenance across our extensive portfolio of managed properties.
Aimee is now ARLA qualified after successfully completing her NFOPP in Residential Letting and Property Management Level 3 award.
Sam initially completed a foundation degree in 'Property, Planning & Housing' before continuing his studies in Real Estate Management in Ulster University. Sam joined quicklet in September 2020 and since then he has gained a wealth of experience working between all three of our NI branches.
Sam is responsible for managing our extensive Belfast portfolio and is responsible for checking tenants in and out and ensuring the properties are maintained to a high standard. Sam is currently studying for his NFoPP awards in Residential letting and Property Management to add to his knowledge of the industry.
Gareth graduated from Leeds Met with a degree in Criminal Justice & Law before joining quicklet. Despite not studying a property related course, Gareth was passionate about managing valuable assets and developing strong client relationships.
Gareth initially started as a letting agent in Lurgan but has since taken on the managing agent role, furthering his experience of property management. Gareth is also studying towards his NFoPP awards in Residential letting and Property Management to compliment his current experience.
Thomas successfully achieved a distinction in his foundation degree of 'Property, Planning & Housing' from Belfast Met. Following this, Thomas fast tracked into second year of Real Estate in Ulster University and hopes to graduate in the summer of June 2021. After coming from a family background in property, Thomas joins the team with an inherent passion for the industry and we're looking forward to what he can bring to the team.
Thomas joined quicklet in May 2021 and is responsible for managing the versatile property portfolio in the Lisburn branch. His 3 years of on-site experience in property management allows for him to transfer seamlessly into the role and bring some fresh approaches to the company. Thomas will handle all property inspections, maintenance, compliance checks and also deposit disputes.
Thomas is working towards his NFoPP Residential Lettings and Property Management level 3 awards to strengthen his existing experience in property management.
