Getting to Crescent Business Park
The office is located just off Ballinderry Road, near Longstone.
There is on-site parking, making access straightforward for landlords, tenants and contractors when meetings or key collections are needed.
Regular bus routes run along Ballinderry Road, connecting the area to Lisburn city centre and surrounding locations.
The office is also a short drive from central Lisburn, making it easy to reach when required.
What This Means for Landlords
There is no action required from you.
Your Property Manager, communication and day-to-day management remain the same. Rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination and compliance tracking all continue as normal.
If you need to meet the team, collect keys or attend an appointment, you will now visit the Crescent Business Park office.
